Hubtsy provides real-time and historical crypto data (Stablecoins API & Datasets). While we strive for 99.9% accuracy through our cleaning processes, crypto markets are volatile. Data is provided 'as-is' for informational and analytical purposes. We are not financial advisors.
2. API License
By subscribing to our Free, Starter, or Pro plans, Hubtsy grants you a non-exclusive license to use our data for bots, apps, and internal analysis. Redistribution of raw datasets to third parties is strictly prohibited unless authorized via an Enterprise agreement.
3. Cookie Policy
We use 'functional cookies' to keep your session active (Supabase Auth) and 'analytical cookies' (Vercel Analytics) to understand how you use Hubtsy. We don't sell your data to third-party advertisers. Pure tech, zero tracking noise.
4. Subscription & Refunds
Pro and Starter plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Due to the immediate nature of digital data delivery (CSV/API access), we do not offer refunds for the current billing period once data has been accessed.
